Sarah Mitchell
Lead Instructor & Founder
Sarah is a registered paramedic with 18 years of frontline NHS experience. She founded Medic Safety Training after seeing how a lack of basic first aid knowledge cost lives. She holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and is passionate about making first aid feel achievable for everyone.

James spent 12 years as a firefighter and emergency responder before moving into training. His calm, encouraging style puts even the most nervous learners at ease. He specialises in workplace health & safety and mental health first aid.
