1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Medic Safety Training website at medicsafety.net ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About our courses
Medic Safety Training provides online and in-person first aid and health & safety training courses. Our online courses are delivered digitally upon successful payment. In-person workshops are subject to availability and confirmed by separate booking confirmation.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are nationally recognised and accepted by employers and Ofsted where stated, but Medic Safety Training cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific third party.
3. Purchases and payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Online courses are delivered digitally. By purchasing an online course, you acknowledge that digital content is made available immediately upon payment confirmation and you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for that digital content.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Online courses: Due to the immediate digital delivery of online course content, refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless the content is materially defective.
In-person workshops: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion. Medic Safety Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops; in such cases a full refund will be offered.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at [email protected].
